As in this photo, the Eagle is soaring gracefully along, it looks so beautiful as it is but it too goes through a molting process when all of its wonderful feathers have to come off. In this time there is no graceful soaring, instead this once magnificent bird, will be left clawing and scratching at the ground just waiting to get back up in the wide open skies that it calls home.
